Two of the most beautiful faces in South Korea will be working together in a new K-drama. Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee just confirmed their upcoming collaboration in "The Price of Confession" in a post on Instagram Thursday, March 16.

Rumors about Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee's joint project began in August 2022. After more than half a year, the two stars finally confirmed the coming of their new series, "The Prince of Confession," together.

"The World of the Married" star first posted an Instagram story of what looked like the show's poster. In the key art, her image mirrored Song Joong Ki's ex's looks, showing them in one picture.

Later, the vet actress reposted the 28-year-old's post on her own Instagram, putting a heart around the latter's handle. Though the two didn't put any captions in their posts, it subtly confirmed the coming of their new series together.

"The Price of Confession" is a new drama that tells the story of two women who get involved in a murder. Previous reports claimed Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee were considered to do the show.

In the series, Song Hye Kyo will play the role of Ahn Yoon Soo, an art teacher whose life has changed 360 degrees after getting herself caught in a murder incident. Alternatively, Han So Hee will be seen as Mo Eun, a mysterious character with anti-social tendencies, though she's weak when it comes to Yoon Soo, who's about to change her world.

News about the two women's collaboration began last year. At the time, there were reports that "The Glory" star would star in director Lee Eung Bok's new drama.

Knowing that the famed director has worked on the projects "Sweet Home" and "Mr. Sunshine," there's great anticipation building on this new project, especially since it involves Song Hye Kyo. Come December of the same year, it was announced Han So Hee would be working opposite the 41-year-old star.

As it is a rare instance that two women will lead a show, compared to the usual three or four-person dynamic, "The Price of Confession" may not feature any love story this time. Instead, it will link these two female leads' lives in a blood bath.

Meanwhile, talking about what it was like working with Song Hye Kyo, fellow "The Glory" star Kim Hieora, who played the role of Lee Sa Ra, told Soompi she was a fan and fell in love with the actress. The former also praised her for being a good stage actress and advised her to "act comfortably" as she pleased.
