The Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, is now cognizant of the reality of his marriage with Meghan Markle, asserts Princess Diana's ex-butler, Paul Burrell. He purports that Harry's main incentive to remain in his marital union is the upbringing of his children, Archie and Lilibet, according to New York Post.
In a candid discussion on GB News, Burrell, who was Princess Diana's butler for over a decade, questioned, "Has Harry at last grasped the truth? Has he recognized his wife's intentions and realized he's been captivated by her allure?" He emphasized that this awareness seems apparent to everyone except Harry.
Echoing the recent speculation by King Charles' former butler, Grant Harrold, 64-year-old Burrell predicts the impending return of the displaced royal to the United Kingdom. He insists that upon Harry's homecoming, the British populace would receive the author of "Spare" warmly.
The ex-royal staff member expressed his confidence in the King and the Prince of Wales extending a welcoming embrace to Harry on his return, stating, "I am convinced that the inevitable will happen - Harry will return, and his father and brother will usher him back into the country graciously."
The Sussexes, who entered matrimony in 2018, renounced their royal duties in 2020 and relocated to California. Their visits to the UK have been sparse since.
Burrell asserted that Harry's personal experience of a fragmented household fuels his intent to prevent a divorce. He remarked, "Harry, whom I know personally, has always aspired to be a father. This premature separation from his family is perplexing."
Burrell believes that Harry is determined to witness his children's growth, and exiting his current relationship could result in losing them to the United States. He concluded, "Harry will likely adhere to his familial responsibilities as long as feasible. The marriage may reveal fissures owing to immense public scrutiny, criticism, and the ensuing pressure."
He expressed his sincere desire for Harry's happiness and the prosperity of his family, yet admitted, "A nagging doubt persists at the back of my mind."
