K-kpop Girl group FIFTY FIFTY (Saena, Aran, Keena, Sio) member Keena has suddenly given up on the lawsuit to suspend the effects of her exclusive contract, marking a new phase in the conflict with her agency, Attract. With this, FIFTY FIFTY, once hailed as the miracle of mid-tier idols, has essentially seen its complete lineup shattered.

On October 16, Keena submitted a withdrawal of her appeal against the suspension of her exclusive contract to the Seoul High Court through her legal representative.

In response, FIFTY FIFTY's legal representative told StarNews, "Only Keena has appointed a new legal representative and submitted a withdrawal of the appeal." They added, "The appeals of the other three members will continue." They remained tight-lipped when asked about the reason for Keena's withdrawal.

Previously, the Seoul Central District Court had rejected FIFTY FIFTY's application for an injunction to suspend their exclusive contract with Attrakt, stating that it was difficult to conclude there was a breach of duty to provide settlement data, and that ending business with Diverse was not a breach of the exclusive contract. Following this, the members immediately appealed.

However, member Keena has now indicated her intention to halt the lawsuit.

Regarding this, Attrakt told StarNews that Keena expressed her desire to return to the agency. They plan to discuss with Keena about resuming activities and understanding her intentions and direction. They cautiously added, "As far as we know, there hasn't been any discussion with the representative in Korea."

FIFTY FIFTY, who set a record on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the shortest time in K-pop history with their hit song 'Cupid', caused a stir when they announced through their legal representative on June 28th that they had filed an application to suspend their exclusive contract with Attrakt at the Seoul Central District Court. Prior to this, Attrakt had announced a hiatus due to a member's health deterioration and surgery, shocking everyone by claiming that there were external forces trying to breach the exclusive contract with their artists.

Despite Attrakt, led by representative Jeon Hong-jun, continuously expressing their desire for reconciliation and readiness to resume activities, the members remained silent for two months, firmly stating they would "never return if they didn't continue as singers." This stance remains valid to this day.

After declaring their separation from Attrakt in August, the members expressed their feelings in handwritten letters 60 days later, saying, "We want to apologize to everyone who loves us for causing concern." They emphasized their hope for a trustworthy environment to work as genuine artists.

During this time, starting in August, the members began to make explosive claims against Attrakt and representative Jeon Hong-jun through a series of long posts on their newly established Instagram account.

From October 12 to 14 , they released statements alleging that Jeon Hong-jun had embezzled FIFTY FIFTY members' settlements for the purpose of resolving advance payments from investment companies, attended investment presentations with Management H USA without prior notice to the members, and issues related to the members' health.

FIFTY FIFTY continues to make further revelations through this account. In a post released on the 16th, they mentioned luxury Gangnam accommodations, 90 million won worth of funds for representative Jeon Hong-jun's mother, selling a wristwatch and car to pay for recognition fees, and emphasized, "The agency did not take any measures to protect the rights of the artist and neglected them."
