Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, recently reflected on the unexpected resurgence of her former television show "Suits" on Netflix and hinted at upcoming projects with Prince Harry. Speaking at Variety's "Power of Women" event in Los Angeles, Markle expressed her surprise and delight at the revived interest in the legal drama in which she starred for seven seasons.

Dressed in a chic off-the-shoulder mini dress by Proenza Schouler, valued at $1,400, Markle exuded elegance on the red carpet. Her ensemble was complemented by black pumps, a matching clutch bag, and understated jewelry, paired with a minimalist makeup look and her hair styled in a sleek middle-parted bun.

In her conversation with Variety, Markle described the renewed popularity of "Suits" on Netflix as "wild," acknowledging her significant role in the series. "It was great to work on, such a great cast and crew. We had a really fun time," she said. Regarding the show's streaming success, she speculated, "It's hard to find a show you can binge-watch that many episodes of these days, so that could have something to do with it. But good shows are everlasting."

Markle also shared insights into the future endeavors she and Prince Harry plan to undertake through their Archewell Productions company. While specific details remained undisclosed, her enthusiasm for the upcoming projects was palpable. "I want to make things that make people feel something, right? And feel a sense of community," she stated. She further revealed, "We have so many exciting things on the slate. I can't wait until we can announce them, but I'm just really proud of what we're creating," adding that Prince Harry is thoroughly enjoying this new venture.

So far, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have released three docuseries on Netflix: "Harry & Meghan," which debuted in December 2022 and focused on their love story, followed by "Live to Lead" and "Heart of Invictus." They are also reportedly working on a film adaptation of Carley Fortune's romance novel "Meet Me at the Lake," with the author and her publisher, Penguin Random House, confirming the collaboration with Archewell Productions.

Markle, who portrayed paralegal Rachel Zane in "Suits," filmed 100 episodes before her marriage to Prince Harry in May 2018. The role marked the culmination of her acting career, and she stated in a 2022 interview, "I'm done. I guess never say never, but my intention is to absolutely not."
