2023 was indeed the year of SHINee. The group, from their 8th full album to extensive individual activities, tirelessly raced through the year, brilliantly illuminating their 15th debut anniversary. Let's reflect on SHINee's year.

Successful SHINee's BACK! Perfect in Group and Solo!

In May, SHINee marked their 15th debut anniversary with a fan meeting, signaling their group activities after approximately two years. In June, they held their sixth solo concert and released their 8th full album, 'HARD,' announcing their return. Especially with 'HARD,' SHINee ventured into an unprecedented musical style, delivering trendy SHINee-style hip-hop. They also conducted a Japanese arena tour from September to November, selling out all eight shows and attracting a total audience of 80,000.

The members' solo activities also filled SHINee's year. Onew released his first full album 'Circle' and held his first solo concerts in Korea and Japan, showcasing his exceptional vocal skills and a broad musical spectrum. Key released his second full album repackage 'Killer' and the second mini-album 'Good & Great,' presenting unique music and styling, conceptual promotions, and engaged in various activities including entertainment shows and advertisements.

Minho completed a successful seven-show Asian fan meeting tour in four regions, made his suspense genre debut and showcased a perfect acting transformation in the movie 'New Normal,' and had a busy year with various awards shows and broadcasting program MC roles, including being appointed an 'OlympicTM Friend' by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

Taemin released his fourth mini-album 'Guilty' and made a comeback as a solo artist. His title track 'Guilty' sparked a global challenge trend, and his solo concert in December featured the first-ever 360-degree rotating stage set in Korea, combining grandiose production and high-quality performances.

Still SHINee's WORLD! Unrivaled Presence Felt!

Even in their 15th year since debut, SHINee continues to boast unique buzz and presence. During their promotions for the title track 'HARD' from their 8th regular album, SHINee performed powerful choreography with handheld mics, delivering flawless live performances that garnered admiration. Their stages for hit songs like 'Sherlock•셜록 (Clue + Note),' 'Dream Girl,' 'Everybody,' 'View,' and 'Don't Call Me' at various year-end shows like the '2023 Melon Music Awards,' KBS2TV's '2023 Music Bank Global Festival,' and SBS's '2023 Gayo Daejeon' also highlighted SHINee's fiery energy and solid skills, prompting praise for truly being "SHINee."

In November, SHINee released the film 'MY SHINee WORLD,' a special concert movie composed of stages from six solo concerts, a variety of unreleased content, and sincere interviews with the members, offering fans a precious time travel reflecting on the past 15 years.

Looking Forward to SHINee's NEXT! It's Just the Beginning for SHINee!

As the members say, "It's just the beginning for SHINee," their active endeavors continue into 2024.
