Jungkook has set a new record by charting on the Weekly Top Albums Global for an unprecedented 14 consecutive weeks, the longest for any K-pop solo artist album to date. Since its release, "GOLDEN" debuted at 2nd place on the chart and consistently ranked within the top 5 for the first five weeks, marking a notable achievement. It continued to perform impressively, staying in the top 10 for a record-breaking 13 weeks, the longest duration for an Asian solo artist album.
Recently, "GOLDEN" surpassed 2.6 billion streams on Spotify in the shortest time for both a K-pop solo artist album and a regular studio album by an Asian artist. In the U.S., "GOLDEN" sold 290,000 pure albums in 2023, ranking it 8th in sales among K-pop artists and 1st among K-pop solo artists.
