The mayhem over Château Miraval continues. Angelina Jolie filed a countersuit against Brad Pitt, accusing the actor, 60, of refusing to let her sell her share of the French winery unless the actress, 48, signed an NDA prohibiting her from speaking out about the "physical and emotional abuse" she and Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 17, and 15-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne suffered.

Angelina's lawyers believe Brad had a history of physical contact with her that started "well before" their fateful 2016 flight.

It was, however, the first time he had allegedly physically abused the children. According to the petition (via Life & Style), the couple was fighting in the plane's toilet when one of the children intervened to defend Angelina.

“Brad lunged at his own child, and Jolie grabbed him from behind to stop him,” the docs state. “Before it was over, Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face. Some of the children pleaded with Brad to stop. They were all frightened. Many were crying.”

Days later, Angelina filed for divorce, and the FBI initiated an inquiry, but no charges were ever brought. "Angelina is glad the truth is finally out there,” a source exclusively tells Life & Style. “Brad, on the other hand, is at his wit’s end, telling friends that this nightmare never ends. It just keeps getting worse.”

In a recent report by Yahoo Entertainment, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt turns 18 next month, and sources tell Life & Style she only wants one birthday present from her parents, Brad and Angelina: an end to their ugly and never-ending divorce struggle.

"Shiloh used to be pretty quiet about it, but now she's taking a stand and telling both of them they need to get it together and grow up," the insider said.

According to sources, the soon-to-be-legal young lady was inspired to revise her birthday bucket list following her mother's latest allegations that Brad has a long history of physical abuse.

Angelina's lawyers claim there were violent incidents long before the family's September 2016 flight from France to Los Angeles, when Brad was allegedly intoxicated and nasty with his son Maddox, now 22, on the family's private jet.

Following an investigation into the incident, authorities cleared Brad. Since then, the ex-partners have been fighting in court over their assets as well as custody of the five youngest of their six children (they also share Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 15), despite securing a bad divorce in 2019.

According to insiders, Angelina's most recent court move is intended to harm Brad's reputation in Hollywood and jeopardize his relationship with Ines de Ramon.

"People are saying Angelina doesn't want to see Brad happy and won't stop until she has destroyed him!" the insider said.

According to sources, Shiloh has suffered as a result of the ongoing disputes, and she simply wants her parents to put their difficulties behind them.

"Shiloh's sick and tired of their arguing and is demanding they figure out a way to get along, or at least be civil to each other," says a source. "She is begging them to do it for her sake!"

Brad's French vineyard Château Miraval, which produces an award-winning sparkling rosé, has been at the center of the former couple's most recent legal battles since the Maleficent actress, 48, sold her half of the vineyard to Russian oligarch Yuri Shefler in 2021 — without consulting her 60-year-old ex.

He quickly hauled her into court to try to undo the arrangement, and during the legal processes, Angelina presented additional allegations of abuse, which she claims predate the fateful flight that ended their marriage.

"Shiloh's old enough to know they're feuding over the place in France and knows that they speak only through lawyers, and she's had enough," says the source. "All she wants is for them to get along. She has spent most of her life seeing them argue and she can't take it anymore. She's begging them to think of her and her siblings and finally bury the hatchet!"
