O.J. Simpson was one of the greatest football players ever when it came to dodging tacklers, and he was far too good off the field at avoiding punishment for his most heinous acts.

The former NFL running back and lying creep died of prostate cancer on April 10 at the age of 76, never suffering the price for the heinous knife murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson, 35, and her 25-year-old friend Ron Goldman.

O.J. was acquitted thanks to his cunning legal Dream Team and the detectives' botched attempts to frame him. He was acquitted of the heinous crimes during his Trial of the Century on October 3, 1995.

However, two years later, the fork-tongued fiend was convicted guilty of their killings in a civil trial and ordered to pay $33.5 million to the victims' bereaved families. By the time he died, the outstanding amount had grown to $114 million with interest since the remorseless creep had refused to pay.

Goldman family's lawyer David Cook shared that O.J. died 26 years after the ruling. The former NFL legend repaid $133,000, or a little $5,000 per year. A fender bender costs more than that to repair.

“He died without penance. He did not want to give a dime, a nickel to [Ron’s dad] Fred, never, anything, never,” David stated, as per New York Daily News.

Meanwhile, insiders told Globe Magazine the creep lived lavishly off the money he earned by failing to record memorabilia sales and his NFL pension. He's reported to have saved $15 million.

Ironically, despite many believing he perpetrated one of the worst double homicides in modern US history, O.J. eventually served nine years in prison for the armed robbery and kidnapping of two memorabilia dealers in Nevada.

However, compared to life without parole for murder, nine years is a slap on the wrist. This heinous murderer was allegedly able to live comfortably and die freely while mocking the law. The entertainment news outlet claimed he does not deserve to be in tears.

To recall, the cause of death of the former NFL player, who became better known later in life for his 1995 trial for the murders of ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman, has been announced two weeks after his death at the age of 76.

O.J. died after a secret battle with prostate cancer, according to his attorney, Michael Lavergne, on E! News.

His children, including Arnelle and Jason from his first marriage to Marguerite Whitley, as well as Sydney and Justin from his marriage to Nicole, confirmed his death in a statement posted on their father's social media sites earlier this month.

"On April 10th, our father, Orenthal James Simpson, succumbed to his battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. During this time of transition, his family asks that you please respect their wishes for privacy and grace," the April 11 statement read.
