Even though there have been rumors of problems between them, Jennifer Lopez is still wearing the wedding ring that Ben Affleck gave her, a new report claimed.
On Saturday, June 8, the “Selena” actress, who is 54 years old, joined her daughter Emme, who is 16 years old, at The Grove in Los Angeles, California. There, Jennifer continued to wear the diamond that she received from her hubby, who is 51 years old, despite the fact that there were rumors of problems in their marriage.
Later on that evening, Jennifer was observed entering at Giorgio Baldi restaurant by herself. She was also seen wearing the sparkler in addition to her engagement ring at that time.
Following the listing of their marital home in Beverly Hills, the singer of "On the Floor" and Ben have been seen out and about. This comes at a time when suspicion regarding the status of their relationship continues to flourish.
"She still thinks she and Ben are meant to be together, and the feeling is that she's just tolerating this unpleasantness until Ben realizes the same thing," an unnamed source told OK Magazine.
The problems that have been plaguing the Hollywood power couple are said to have originated from Jennifer's failure to strike a healthy balance between her professional and personal lives.
"Jennifer has a big entourage that follows her around daily — glam squad, videographers, photographers, assistants, trainers," another insider said.
"She’s tried to make Ben understand that being Jennifer Lopez is a 24/7 job. She is her brand, she lives and breathes it while Ben can leave his work at the door if he chooses to," it went on.
In spite of the pain, the mother of two has made an effort to concentrate on the positive aspects of the situation. "She has a lot of people in her corner, encouraging her to stay strong. Jennifer doesn’t begrudge him spending time with his kids. But she doesn’t think it’s fair he’s getting ‘sympathy points’ for it,” the informant stated.
Over the course of the past few months, Jennifer has been put through a lot of hardships, not only because her marriage is falling apart but also because her tour has been canceled. "It was a terrible blow to her ego that her album did so poorly and ticket sales to her concerts were way below expectations," the tipster explained.
Jennifer announced that she would be canceling all of her upcoming performances in a message that she sent out to her followers through her newsletter, NBC Chicago reported.
"I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…" the “Papi” hitmaker wrote.
