Prince William and Princess Kate are making preparations to guide their youngest children away from the route of official royal obligations. This new course of action is claimed to be in the process of being formed, a new report suggested.

In the middle of a reorganization of the British monarchy, which is being spurred by the controversial departures of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Prince William and Princess Kate have expressed their desire to protect their children, Prince Louis, who is six years old, and Princess Charlotte, who is nine years old, from the burdens that come with royal obligations.

There was a drastically reduced number of official royals present on the balcony of Buckingham Palace during the Trooping the Colour procession that took place last Saturday. This is evidence that the number of official royals continues to decrease under the reign of King Charles III.

The next in line for the throne, Prince William and Princess Kate, are prepared to play crucial roles in determining the future of the palace. They are among the most influential people in the palace.

A former staff member at Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace who is familiar with the palace's intentions told The Daily Beast that their two younger children are being "encouraged to not become working royals." The staff member also stated that "the working assumption is that the younger two children will get on and do their own thing."

After the Daily Mail claimed that Prince William agreed with his father's goal to streamline the monarchy, the revelations came to light. Princess Kate’s husband allegedly suggested that the list of working royals may be trimmed even further, which led to the revelations.

“When the older members of the family retire, [William] won’t be inviting anyone else to become working royals. It remains to be seen if he will even want his two younger children to be working royals,” a source close to the situation suggested.

Another insider who wished to remain anonymous supported these accusations and mentioned that although the couple's eldest kid, Prince George, who is ten years old, does not have this option, "The children have been kept at arm's length from military life."

"They are exposed to the minimum possible publicity, and that is a deliberate strategy to let Charlotte and Louis choose their own destiny. It is no secret that William has been devastated by the destruction of his relationship with Harry,” the informant continued.

"Although he absolutely puts the blame on Meghan and Harry, he does of course also appreciate that the whole system, where one of your kids is less important than the other due to an accident of birth, had a massive part to play in what happened and how it happened,” it added.

Additionally, Prince William and Princess Kate's buddy voiced his opinion that if one is born into the royal family, the most rational course of action would be to quit the family.

"The same logic applies to your kids, [William] doesn’t want to put them through a human mincer that is going to cause everyone misery. He and [Kate] adore the children, and their whole lives are about the children. I think they want to find a practical solution to the ‘spare’ problem that has bedeviled the family for generations,” the pal said.

Both Prince William and Princess Kate have yet to comment on the claims that they encouraged Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to not be working royals. So, avid followers of the royal family should take all these unverified reports lightly until everything is proven true and correct.
