Alec Baldwin, the troubled actor, may have been successful in avoiding accusations of manslaughter, yet according to reports, he is still under stress due to his marriage, his finances, and the growing backlash that is occurring as a result of the controversial verdict that set him free.

“Alec is beyond relieved, but that doesn’t mean it’s all smooth sailing going forward,” an unnamed source told The National Enquirer.

The involuntary manslaughter prosecution that had been brought against him for the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins in 2021 on the set of the Western film "Rust" was dismissed by a judge on July 12, causing the 66-year-old Rock Emmy winner to break down in tears.

Due to a technicality, Alec was able to avoid spending up to eighteen months in prison. Evidence that could have been connected to the incident was reportedly concealed by the police and the prosecutors, as per BBC. For starters, the evidence in question was a batch of bullets.

“He was preparing himself for the worst, so it’s been incredibly emotional to have this weight lifted off his back. He says it’s a gift from God and he’s eternally grateful,” the anonymous insider told the entertainment news outlet.

Although Alec's wife, Hilaria, who is 40 years old, was present in the courtroom with him, an informant told the magazine that he has been living in constant fear of losing her.

“Alec was terrified that Hilaria might leave him when he was locked up, and that would be worse than a prison sentence. He’s now vowing to show her how grateful he is to her for standing by him through this horrific experience,” the tipster stated.

It would appear that the typically impulsive celebrity intends to begin by taking his family on a lengthy trip. “He wants time to just revel in his freedom. And he’s promised to take stock of how he needs to change to be a better husband and father,” the unidentified mole claimed.

Alec and his wife of 12 years have agreed to participate in a reality show about their chaotic family life, which includes seven children ranging in age from 19 months to ten years. “Hilaria is the driving force behind the show, but Alec never would have agreed to it if they didn’t need the money. He’s already in the hole financially and bracing himself for civil lawsuits, so he needs to totally reboot his career,” the tattler said.

“But his priority is going to be working on his marriage, which will take time, therapy, compromise and change He’s fully prepared to put all he’s got into it. He feels as though he has a second chance at love and life, and he’s determined not to squander it,” it concluded.
