Now, an unnamed source told Star Magazine that Lady Gaga, who has been sporting left-hand bling since April, has been “secretly engaged” to her boyfriend of four years “for a while now.” While they have yet to set a date, Lady Gaga and Michael “are both eager to have a baby ASAP.
“Everyone’s expecting this wedding to happen very soon!” an anonymous insider told the entertainment news outlet. It added that the tech entrepreneur has been a refreshing change for Lady Gaga, who was previously engaged to actor Taylor Kinney and talent agent Christian Carino.
“In the past, she’s chosen men who were similar to her and it got competitive, but Michael is her exact opposite. He loves to let her shine and quietly supports her,” the informant went on. The Oscar winner has revealed that she’s very excited to have kids and is more ready to settle down than ever before.
“She’s a lot more mature and, Michael has been a big part of that. This relationship has definitely calmed her down in a good way. She’s leaning toward a fairly traditional wedding, which could please her parents. She’ll want a showstopping dress,” the tipster shared.
Lady Gaga and Polansky, a tech entrepreneur, publicly announced their romantic relationship on Instagram over Super Bowl weekend in 2020. Despite their reputation for being secretive about their relationship, Lady Gaga has provided some glimpses into their courtship on her social media platforms.
“When your bf sends you all the flowers in Rome for your birthday,” she wrote on Instagram in 2021, showcasing an elaborate floral arrangement that Polansky gave her for her birthday. “I love you honey. I can’t wait to be home with you and our dogs, that’s all I need.”
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that year, Lady Gaga made a rare comment indirectly referring to Michael. “My dogs and the man that I love are my whole life,” she said at the time.
