After a streak of movies that were not successful, Chris Hemsworth is taking extreme measures to ensure that he will not be removed from the A-list of Hollywood actors.
A short while ago, Chris, who is now 41 years old, was the talk of the town in Hollywood, primarily because of his leading part in the “Thor” franchise, as per Just Jared. However, those days of glory quickly become distant memories, as Chris is currently having a difficult time achieving the kind of box office success that he used to accomplish with relative ease.
Because of this, Chris and his wife, Elsa Pataky, who is 48 years old, are currently considering relocating their family from Byron Bay, New South Wales, to Los Angeles. This would allow Chris to remind the "right people" of the star power he possesses.
"There's never been more pressure on Chris to move back to Los Angles," an unnamed source told New Idea Magazine. "He can see the start of the end of his dream Hollywood career if he doesn't, and it's put him and Elsa at a crossroads."
“They have put in a lot of effort to create the most ideal living experience for themselves, and it is going to be a significant choice for them to abandon that," the anonymous insider added.
Spurring Chris into action is the fact his latest film, “Transformers One”, was beaten at the box office by “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice."
"It's a huge slap in the face to lose out to an '80s revival," the undisclosed informant shared. "Chris is crushed. There wasn't a hope this movie would make number one there was an expectation."
Following the discovery that he has an increased risk of Alzheimer's disease, former “Home and Away” star Chris is keenly aware that if he wants to bring his career back to life, the time to do so is neither now nor ever, The Times reported.
"Chris doesn't know when, if or how long he has with his full health and faculties," the tattler continued. "He knows if he's on the scene in LA, it would be much easier to break out of this action-man stereotype, and he's desperate to build up a more drama-focused portfolio.”
"Lord knows Hollywood has been begging him to return. His managers want him back - he's missing out while the next era of willing and able stars are queued up around the block," the mole shared.
