Feeling drowsy? Donald Trump, 78, was ridiculed on Friday, October 18, after falling asleep during his press conference.
“An exhausted Trump appears to be falling asleep during his campaign event,” the caption said on the video tweeted by Kamala Harris's campaign account, which showed the Republican closing his eyes during the Q&A.
Users on X, previously known as Twitter, lambasted the father of five in response.
“Uh oh. The drugs are wearing off,” one individual claimed, while another disparaged, “Donald is old, tired and disgusting.”
A third individual played a joke, saying, “Nap time grandpa,” while a fourth individual stated, “This man is not physically or mentally up to the grueling job that is the presidency.”
"So when are we going to rename the name to Drowsy Don?" another user remarked.
Trump has been subjected to ridicule for his peculiar conduct during his recent public appearances, in addition to falling unconscious at his event, as OK! Magazine previously reported.
The former reality TV star was criticized for pacing around his stage in Michigan for 17 minutes after his audio was released on Friday, October 18.
“Broken rally. Broken campaign. Broken man. Trump wanders on the stage for 17 minutes as his audio goes out during rally in Michigan,” one individual wrote in conjunction with a video of Trump gazing out at the audience as he walked around the stage.
Users responded to the footage by writing, “Did these MAGAs actually chant words of worship for their fascist leader for 17 minutes as he meandered around the stage soaking in the adoration?” a second individual observed, “But why were the MAGA cheering for literally nothing for 17 minutes?”
“Just imagine how BAD it stinks around that podium where the orange turd is aimlessly wandering around!” a third individual exclaimed, alluding to the numerous individuals who have come forward to assert that Trump has an unpleasant odor.
“Best rally ever. No audio,” another individual added in jest.
In addition, Trump's visit to the Knockout Barber Shop in the Bronx, N.Y., on Thursday, October 17, prompted health concerns.
In a clip shared with X, Trump is observed walking through two aisles of individuals with uneven steps and a wide stance.
After reviewing the video, one individual stated, "Dude's gait is worse than a peg-legged pirate sailing through some rough sea. " Another added, "Dude is walking like they're on a f------ boat. WTF."
"An unsteady gait is a common issue for Dementia patients," a third individual observed. "The foam mats exacerbated his balance issues."
Meanwhile, Donald Trump asserted that if he regains the presidency, China will refrain from provoking him, as President Xi Jinping recognizes the Republican's "craziness."
In an address to the Wall Street Journal’s editorial board, Trump stated that if elected president next month, he would implement tariffs on China if it attempted to block Taiwan.
During the campaign, the Republican nominee contended that America's foes would refrain from acting against US interests under a new Trump presidency due to their apprehension of a vigorous and potentially erratic response, GLOBE Magazine reported.
He informed the Wall Street Journal’s editorial board that he would not need military action to avert a blockade of Taiwan, as President Xi “respects me and he knows I’m [expletive] crazy.”
The former president positively portrayed his relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin, stating: “I got along with him great.”
However, Trump, who has faced criticism for commending the Russian leader, stated that he had been warned against invading Ukraine.
Trump has characterized his foreign policy as America First, pledging to initiate trade battles and terminate US participation in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, although others label it as isolationist.
The Republican selection of JD Vance as his running mate concerned Ukraine's friends, as the Ohio senator vehemently opposed further US help to the nation.
Trump, whose stringent immigration policy is pivotal to his campaign, told the Wall Street Journal, "I desire a significant influx of individuals, but I want them to enter legally."
In response to inquiries regarding his strategy for mass deportations of undocumented immigrants, he stated: "I prefer not to elaborate extensively, as my increasing amiability correlates with a rise in illegal immigration."
Trump also justified the "zero tolerance" policy of separating migrant families implemented during his presidency.
The Wall Street Journal inquired of Trump over his statement on Fox News this week, asserting that the "radical left" in the United States constitutes a more significant threat than foreign entities.
In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, he referenced President Joe Biden's statement this month expressing uncertainty about the peacefulness of the election. Biden was alluding to Trump fans, such as those who instigated the disturbance at the Capitol in 2021.
