Cancer-stricken King Charles might be looking frail and exhausted, but he is still refusing to end his public schedule in an attempt to fulfill his royal duties amid his health crises. The British monarch has reportedly taken a secret turn for the worse and is now pushing himself into a grave.

It has been claimed that King Charles had to pause his cancer treatments to focus on his 11-day visit to Australia and Samoa in October. While there, the husband of Queen Camilla met dignitaries, attended functions, and even had a face-to-face encounter with angry protesters.

Now, sources suggested to The National Enquirer that something was wrong with King Charles, and he was frail at the time. Though the monarch was trying his best to show that it was business as usual, it was not working out that way, for everyone saw that he was suffering.

It was revealed that King Charles traveled alongside two personal doctors during the trip. One of the physicians was sighted following him with a black medical bag, believed to contain some of the monarch’s blood in case of a medical emergency and if a blood transfusion was needed.

An ambulance was reportedly part of King Charles’ motorcade wherever he went. However, it was his physical appearance that was most alarming, particularly his grotesquely red and inflamed sore lips, which are said to be caused by chemotherapy treatments.

Aside from his horrific sore lips, King Charles’ ruddy complexion was also evident. These manifestations worried his courtiers, who believed he neglected his health by prioritizing the monarchy.

“Clearly, he’s sicker than he makes himself out to be,” an unnamed insider told the entertainment news outlet. It looked like all King Charles could do was smile, shake hands, and bob his head while he let Queen Camilla be the animated one.

Also, the monarch shockingly canceled a New Zealand leg of the tour on doctors’ orders, Marie Claire reported. Most, if not all, royal followers are aware that King Charles was diagnosed with cancer just months after he ascended the throne.

Palace officials have refused to divulge information on the type of cancer King Charles has. However, they have debunked the reports that it has something to do with his prostate.

King Charles’s first public appearance came when he greeted the crowd after the Easter Service at Windsor Castle on March 31, as per CBS News. In May, the monarch visited an army barracks where he quipped about being allowed out of his cage.

Business Times has reached out to King Charles for comments about the current state of his health. So, avid followers of the monarch should take all these unverified claims with a pinch of salt until everything is proven true and correct.
