In a dramatic escalation surrounding the legal fallout from Sean "Diddy" Combs' infamous "freak-off" parties, attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents over 120 alleged victims, has announced plans to pursue other high-profile attendees, including celebrities, politicians, and business figures. Buzbee, featured in Tubi's documentary "TMZ Presents The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs," emphasized that even bystanders who failed to intervene during alleged abuses may be held accountable.

Buzbee claims that any party attendees who witnessed or ignored instances of drugging and sexual abuse could be deemed complicit. "If there were people at the freak-offs who watched people being sexually abused after being drugged and they did nothing to stop it, they're just as guilty as the perpetrators," he asserted. The attorney further revealed that he has already dispatched demand letters to various individuals, cautioning that settlements may be the best way to avoid public litigation.

The revelations come as attention intensifies around Diddy's alleged actions. The musician and entrepreneur is facing multiple accusations, which his attorneys have categorically denied, describing all allegations as baseless. However, Buzbee appears undeterred. In an interview, he noted, "There are several celebrities, politicians, and businesspeople who are now in our crosshairs."

Ray J, also featured in the documentary, mentioned that he has been approached by celebrities looking to settle out of court, potentially preempting public scrutiny. "They are trying to cut off any potential fallout with financial settlements," he noted.

The scandal stems from allegations that Diddy's parties, known for their excesses, involved rampant drug use and sexual exploitation. According to a recent statement, Buzbee is resolute in targeting even those who may not have directly engaged but remained silent or complicit. "Such stars who were at the 'freak-offs' and 'knew somebody was being drugged' and yet 'allowed it to happen' are just as 'liable as the individual who shipped the person in,'" Buzbee stated.

Reports indicate that Buzbee's efforts have sent shockwaves through Hollywood and beyond. High-profile attendees are reportedly "scrubbing their social media" to distance themselves from potential legal ramifications. "There's no doubt people are erasing evidence and deleting messages to minimize their involvement," Buzbee claimed, emphasizing that he and his team are actively identifying those involved. "We know who they are, or we will find out," he warned.

Adding further complexity to the situation, Tanea Wallace, an alleged attendee of one of Diddy's parties, claims to have witnessed minors present, dressed as "Harajuku Barbies," and surrounded by adults. Wallace described scenes of intoxication and prolonged sexual activity, alleging, "There were little people surrounded by a wall of adults." However, Wallace's claims have been firmly rejected by Diddy's legal team. In a statement, they argued, "Ms. Tanea Wallace has no credibility, and her claims about 'freak offs' and minors are completely and categorically false."

Diddy's legal team is adamant that all accusations are fabrications, with one spokesperson stating, "Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous." They expressed confidence in the judicial process, asserting that "the truth will prevail."
