The breakup, which occurred over Thanksgiving weekend, comes less than a month after the pair announced they were expecting their first child together.
Insiders close to the couple revealed that this latest split follows a pattern of highs and lows in their four-year relationship. "Megan and MGK have broken up several times since the pregnancy was announced," a source told Us Weekly. "This was just one of the bigger ones that people have heard about."
The tension reportedly escalated during a trip to Vail, Colorado, where Fox, 38, discovered something on MGK's phone that upset her. The discovery led to an intense argument, after which MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, left the trip early. Since then, the couple has not seen each other, sources said.
Fox and Kelly's relationship has been characterized by its intense passion and equally fiery arguments.
