Donald Trump on Sunday called out the prosecutor and judge in his criminal case, accusing them of bias. Scheduled for sentencing before his presidency, Trump claimed the charges were politically motivated and orchestrated by the Biden administration to undermine him.

Trump Expresses Outrage Over Criminal Case Sentencing

In a criminal case in which the president-elect was found guilty of dozens of charges, Donald Trump expressed his anger on Sunday toward the prosecutor and the judge who were engaged in the incident.

Over the course of the weekend, President Trump expressed his discontent on his own social media network, Truth Social, with the fact that Judge Juan Merchan ordered the sentencing of President Trump for his felony conviction to take place prior to his inauguration as President of the United States.

The "interesting addendum" that was included in Merchan's filing on the punishment was brought to the attention of a former prosecutor earlier in the day.

Judge Merchan's Sentencing Sparks Controversy

On the other hand, Trump asserted that the prosecutor had no intention of bringing charges against him regardless of the circumstances.

Trump stated that D.A. Alvin Bragg never intended to initiate this lawless case against him. It was the manner in which it was handled that infuriated him, and he was especially angry at Mark Pomerantz for his actions and the things that he did.

In the end, the Biden/Harris DOJ compelled Bragg to fabricate anything to humiliate TRUMP, the President asserted without offering proof, The Raw Story shares.

Trump Criticizes Gag Order and Judge's Alleged Bias

Finally, he went on to say:

"But it was even more so what the CORRUPT and TOTALLY CONFLICTED POLITICAL HACK Judge did, and is doing, on this sham trial. I even have, STILL, an Unconstitutional Gag Order where I am not allowed to speak about the Judge's highly disqualifying Conflicts of Interest. Virtually ever legal scholar and pundit says THERE IS NO (ZERO!) CASE AGAINST ME. The Judge fabricated the facts, and the law, no different than the other New York Judicial and Prosecutorial Witch Hunts."

Trump Warns of Economic Fallout from Legal System

Trump continued by saying, "That's why businesses are fleeing New York, taking with them millions of jobs, and BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN TAXES. The legal system is broken, and businesses can't take a chance in getting caught up in this quicksand. IT'S ALL RIGGED, in this case against a political opponent, ME!!!"
