Jeremy Freeman, a forensic lip reader, was able to decode the interaction between the two rival politicians after they were caught on tape appearing to have a nice conversation while seated next to each other at the solemn ceremony.
Despite the fact that it is not entirely clear what the two former presidents were talking about, Freeman is of the opinion that they were referring to international accords.
