Khloé Kardashian is one of the many people living in Los Angeles who are dissatisfied with the mayor of the city, Karen Bass, as the number of fatal wildfires continues to spread throughout the region.

The star of "Kardashians" made this point quite plain when she posted a message on Instagram on Friday evening, in which she referred to Bass as a joke.

After Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley talked to Fox 11 and said that the mayor failed the community by allegedly calling for big budget cuts months before the fires broke out, the reality TV personality, who is forty years old, criticized Bass.

Crowley stated that she had repeatedly pleaded for additional funds more than a month ago due to the fact that there were firetrucks that required emergency repairs and hydrants that required maintenance, but no one assisted her.

After watching the interview, Khloé shared a grab from the clip to her Instagram Story, saying, "I stand by YOU Chief Crowley!!!! You spoke the truth and you had tears in your eyes because I can tell you didn't even want to say that but it was THE TRUTH!!!!"

She continued by saying, "Thank you for being honest," and then she completed her statement by saying, "Mayor Bass, you are a joke!!!!

Additionally, Khloé is not the only celebrity who has criticized the mayor for her response to the incident and its aftermath.

According to Page Six, the mayor has been called out by Mel Gibson and James Woods in the midst of the devastating fires that have been destroying large areas of Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and Altadena since they began on Tuesday.

On Thursday, Khloé and her family members, including Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner, evacuated their homes after getting an evacuation order. This occurred as the Kenneth Fire began to burn across 1,000 acres to the northeast of Calabasas, California.

Despite the revocation of the injunction, it remains unclear if they have returned to their residences.

In the interim, the Kardashians have been practicing their commitment to giving back to their community by donating meals from the well-known Carousel Restaurant to "several fire stations" located across the city of Los Angeles, per the New York Post.

Khloé wrote on her Instagram Story Thursday that she and her family wanted to feed a few firehouses and couldn't think of a better restaurant to contact than @carouselrestaurant.
