Xiaomi's next advancement to its Mi Max lineup: Mi Max 3 will launch in China on July 19. The company's founder Bin Lin has teased the upcoming masterpiece with a few officials renders on Weibo.
GSMArena traced the latest official renders of MI Max 3 which revealed much about the phablet's specifications. The device will run on Android 8.1 Oreo.

Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will be a powerhouse in terms of its performance, as per the renders by Bin Lin. He said that the phablet will boast a 5500 mAh battery accompanied with Quick Charge 3.0 facility. The official renders also revealed that Mi Max 3 will be powered by the biggest battery so far of this phablet series.
The phone will have a 6.9-inch LCD display panel designed in 18:9 aspect ratio, which is an intriguing advancement in comparison to the 6.44-inch display panel of Xiaomi Mi Max 2. The device will boast a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor coupled with an Adreno 506 GPU.
Other than these, Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is expected to launch in two memory variants: the basic model with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory and the high-end variant featuring 6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.
Mi Max 3 vs. Redmi Note 5 Pro:
Released in February 2018, Redmi Note 5 Pro has certain similarities with the upcoming Mi Max 3 in terms of its design and features. The official renders suggested that Mi Max 3 will have the same dual rear camera setup of a12 MP sensor and a 5 MP snapper as those of Redmi Note 5 Pro. The newest phablet's front shooter will be made up of an 8MP sensor.
However, Mi Max 3 will have revamped AI capabilities for capturing perfect snaps. Redmi Note 5 Pro lacks this feature. In terms of Operating System, Mi Max 3 also stands a step ahead to Redmi Note 5 Pro, as the later runs on Android's older Nougat 7.1.2 OS.
Xiaomi MI Max 3 will be released in three color options: Blue, Black, and Gold. The actual price of the same is still a mystery.
