"One Piece" is buzzing with spoilers, but fans must wait a little longer for the next chapter as series creator Eiichiro Oda is taking a one-week break from producing the popular manga series.
Despite that, fans cannot help but share their predictions regarding what will happen next. In a One Piece forum at Reddit, one Redditor speculated that the next chapter would start with Monkey D. Luffy and Roronoa Zoro about to attack Basil Hawkins.
But, before they can launch their attack, Basil Hawkins will activate his trap card that will mirror the assaults made against him. Monkey D. Luffy will, then, make use of his Future Sight haki and predicted that Basil Hawkins would say that the Straw Hat Pirates' chances of winning against Kaido of the Beasts, also known as the "Strongest Creature in the World," is less than one percent.
In awe of Monkey D. Luffy's ability, Basil Hawkins admits that he wants to be free of Kaido, but he is too weak to do anything by himself. He will, then, recount his underlying battle against Kaido wherein he used all of his voodoo dolls to attack him, but to no avail.
Back to the present time, Basil Hawkins will ask the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates to help him take down the Strongest Creature in the World once and for all. However, it remains to be seen whether Monkey D. Luffy and his group are up for another alliance.
The scene will, then, shift over to "God" Usopp and Franky who are talking about what happened to Roronoa Zoro and how he messed up their disguise plan while working on a new weapon. Afterward, the two will finally test the new weapon, only to find out that it is a nuke.
In other news, Oda revealed whether a sequel to "One Piece" is possible. While he is happy about the tremendous success of the popular manga series, the manga artist answered in negative.
"If the time comes when 'One Piece' is going to end and the editors ask me to continue writing, I wouldn't hear of it," Oda said in a recent interview with Weekly Shonen Jump, as quoted by Comic Book. "I will end it as it pleases me... Although it can't end. There's still more story yet," he added.
The 913th chapter of "One Piece" is expected to be released in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on Aug. 6.
