A unified vision to make the Korean Peninsula a land of peace, the Supreme Leader admitted that attaining such goal won't be a walk in the park and that both parties may encounter some setbacks along the way, both expected and otherwise.

Kim reiterated that Koreans are not afraid to face these challenges because these will help both nations to grow together in strength and unity.

As further stated by an Australian news agency, both Kim and Moon have reached into an agreement over a set of provisions aimed to end the nuclear tension.

To ensure the credibility of his promise, Kim will make the disassembling process a public affair as it will be witnessed by experts and inspectors coming from several international governing bodies and organizations.

Kim also put to the table the assurance to permanently abolish operations in the Nyongban site, the North's main nuclear complex, in the condition that the United States will take corresponding measures.

Non-Military Issues

The leaders of the neighboring countries had also agreed to a slate of non-military deals. One of the highlights is their plans to submit a joint bid to host the 2032 Summer Olympics to the Olympics committee, a CNN report indicated.
