There is no doubt that BTS is the biggest boy band today. The group's sold out concerts, and international success are proof to that. Interestingly, the South Korean boy band have just recently renewed their contracts with Big Hit Entertainment.

According to Forbes, Big Hit Entertainment announced in a statement its decision to renew the contacts of BTS. The group, which is composed of RM, Suga, Jimin, Jin, J-Hope, Jungkook, and V, has just re-signed with the company. The latter, for people who do not know, is responsible for forming the band several years ago. The new contract would give the boys another seven years on their resume.

The renewal announcement of BTS comes ahead of the Kpop group's current contracts' expiration, which is reportedly next year. With the new one, this will give them an extension to stay with Big Hit Entertainment and be under its umbrella until 2026.

BTS was formed by the company. Eventually, the boys were able to put out their first album called "2 Cool 4 Skool," which they released sometime in 2013.

"With Big Hit Entertainment's support, we'll continue to strive to give our best for fans all around the world," said BTS in a statement. The group also expressed their sincere respect for Bang Si-hyuk, who is not only their mentor but also the founder of the company. According to the 7-group boy band, it was him who gave them "a vision" of their future even before the whole debut started. Since then, he has been passionate about helping them lay out their music to the world, Vulture reports.

Big Hit Entertainment also revealed that the contract renewal would also mean forming a dedicated team around BTS. This team, in one way or another, will be tasked to provide the much-needed systematic support and investment, both of which are tailored towards the act and career of the group.

The company mentioned that catering the best to a band that has proven an unfathomable global success is its "philosophy." The contract renewal for BTS was said to have been passed through all employees and shareholders.

BTS' success is definitely in a whirlwind. They have been on a non-stop global tour these past few weeks, making history after history. They are so popular that they could easily sell out venues, from North America to Asia to Europe. As the band continues to perform on different stages, their impact on an international scale is strongly magnifying.
