There is no doubt that BTS is having a great year so far. They have made some huge headlines here and abroad. Now, the group's leader has reached a new milestone after becoming the first member to reach the number one spot on Billboard's Emerging Artists chart.

According to CBS News, the aforementioned BTS member's solo album called "Mono" recently obtained the number two spot on World Albums. This also paved the way for the leader to become the highest-charting solo artist from Korea, particularly after the album took the No. 26 on the Billboard 200.

The BTS leader's six other songs also made headlines. They all have charted on the World Digital Song Sales. As of this writing, the most popular one is called "Seoul," which ranked at the fifth spot. The album "Mono" was released last week and is deemed RM's second solo album to date.

The world's biggest boy band BTS surprised the fandom after dropping a new single which they worked closely with titular DJ Steve Aoki. It is worth noting that this is not the first time they collaborated. They also worked together in the remix of "Mic Drop."

Moreover, BTS has collaborated with Nicki Minaj in one of their latest songs titled "Idol." It was with a newer version of the track. The K-pop group released their latest album titled "Love Yourself: Answer," which is reportedly part of the band's "Love Yourself" trilogy. The brand new album offers a total of 25 tracks and is considered the final installment of the said trilogy. The first ones were "Love Yourself: Her" and "Love Yourself: Tear."

In related news, Soompi reports that V purchased two paintings when BTS was still in the United States for their sold-out tour. The artist's name is Marc Dominus. Following the unending show of support from the fans, Dominus decided to launch a website, which will be used to display and sell his art.

Dominus conveyed his appreciation towards the fans of BTS called ARMY. He also revealed that he has been donating part of the money he earns from his artwork. The donation is directly connected to the group's UNICEF campaign called "Love Myself."

Sometime in September, BTS was given the opportunity to address the United Nations General Assembly. They also performed at a related event, which was called "Generation Unlimited." Above all, the boys were featured in the cover of Time Magazine's latest issue.
