True love is indeed like gold. Its value doesn't depreciates-it even increases as time goes by. This is what the "Spice Up Your Life" singer, Mel Brown, shared about her "great love."
As she shared a bit of her heart during an interview regarding her new memoir entitled "Brutally Honest" conducted in Good Morning Britain, Spice Girls' Scary Spice can't help but share the story of a person that made her life complete.
During the interview with the hosts Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan, she let go of some details about her and the love she had with "The Nutty Professor" actor Eddie Murphy by saying, "He always will be [my great love]."
Brown also shared how she wasn't so blatant about it before, which led people to have their perspective of what happened. Given this, she was encouraged to share a part of what the people should know about the relationship they had and how good the American comedian was to her.
With all that they've been through as a couple, Brown considered their beautiful daughter Angel as their love story's cherry on top. She further exclaimed, "At the end of the day we have a beautiful daughter together, Angel, who is 11 years old, and she's actually staying with him [Murphy] right now whilst I'm here working."
Brown described the moment they met as "love at first sight." She shared, the very moment she met Murphy was over a dinner party held at his house in 2006. The attraction she felt that time was so intense that she left the area since "it was a bit too much."
That was then the couple decided to date and tried to make their relationship as private as possible. Brown cleared that it was already a couple of months after they dated that their relationship was made official to the public, as posted by E! News.
Through the months they have been together, she got only positive compliments to Murphy. According to the singer, Murphy was one of the loveliest persons she has ever known. The best thing about her ex, he always cares about his family and puts them his priority.
When asked if she thinks their relationship can still have a chance to bloom once again, Brown decided to be reserved and politely explained she need not answer the question anymore.
Murphy is currently in a relationship with the Australian actor Paige Butcher for almost six years now.
