Peter Dinklage shared his insight about that famous love scene in the Season 7 finale of Game of Thrones and proved that he is ahead of everyone when it comes to noticing repercussions. The actor hinted that nothing good could come out of Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen's relationship.

All those burning questions from the previous season will finally have their answers when Game of Thrones Season 8 airs. One, in particular, is that of the relationship between the bastard Stark son and the Mother of Dragons. What becomes of them now that they have consummated their feelings for each other in the Season 7 finale?

Dinklage, who plays Tyrion Lannister in the hit HBO show, had some insightful things to say about their tryst in a previous interview with Entertainment Weekly. The actor hinted that the two hooking up might not be a smart move and that Jon and Dany getting romantically involved is never good, because "passion and politics don't mix well."

"He [Tyrion] knows the two of them getting together could be very dangerous."

Dinklage just subtly revealed that Jon (Kit Harington) and Daenerys' lovemaking would have repercussions in Game of Thrones Season 8. How this plays out in the show remains to be seen. Simply put, bringing the two together romantically is a recipe for disaster. After all, both have different priorities in life.

Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) dreams to rule Westeros and bring honor back to the Targaryen family. She is on a mission to take over the Iron Throne from Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey). From the past seven seasons, fans saw how she strived to what she is now (with a multitude of army by her side and dragons at her beck and call), all for the sake of bringing her dream to reality.

Meanwhile, Jon Snow only wants what is best for his people of the North and Winterfell. He wants protection from the threat of the Night King and his army of White Walkers. This was how he came to meet Daenerys in the first place because she has possession of Dragonglass, which can kill the undead.

Then, of course, there is the Season 7 finale shocker about Jon being a Targaryen himself. He is the rightful heir to the throne and not Daenerys or Cersei. Fans will have to wait and see what Jon and Daenerys will do when they realize they are close kin in Game of Thrones Season 8.
