The Samsung Galaxy S10 is expected to come out soon with loyalists eager to see what the Korean tech giant has up its sleeve. The official specs of the latest flagship has yet to be known although the grapevine has provided some hints that remain unofficial.

What is sure that most of the specs that the Samsung Galaxy S10 will carry are upgrades from the previous model. The bump in processor, new cameras and striking new features are expected plus the fact that there will be multiple variants available for consumers to choose from.

Speaking of variants, one thing that mobile phone buyers will want to know is the cheapest and likely smallest variant available for the Samsung Galaxy S10 clan. According to Slashgear, there are suggestions that the cheapest of the lot will be the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite. However, that name remains unofficial, leading many to come up with their own phone names.

Several potential names such as the Samsung Galaxy S10 E or the Samsung Galaxy S10 Mini have come out, ones likely to have a reasonable price tag. But according to GSM Arena, it looks like the smallest version’s name is already out in the open – simply called the Samsung Galaxy S10.

Hence, the 5.8-inch model and the base 6.1-inch model will be both called the Samsung Galaxy S10. They will botch carry almost the same specs as the larger models, a fact that has come out in several leaks already.

In a previous report, three of the five models of the Samsung Galaxy S10 are likely to come out first. Aside from the Lite variant, also expected to be unveiled are the Samsung Galaxy S10 Edge and the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. The latter two variants are expected to come out with larger displays. The final two models of the Samsung Galaxy S10 will be the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G and the Samsung Galaxy S10 Bolt.

As for the official specs, all three variants include the Samsung Galaxy S10+ will have 12 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. One of the highly awaited features of the next Samsung flagship is the Ultrasonic Fingerprint sensors, something teased from a screen protector discussed in the same previous post.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 will reportedly become available by Mar. 8, two weeks after the Feb. 20 Unpacked event. The suggested retail prices for all the initial Samsung Galaxy S10 variants have yet to be known.
