Television's family-oriented comedy has been promising enough to be offered a couple of additional seasons. NBC Entertainment likes what it saw when it took a chance to bring This Is Us Season 4 for another run. The extension deal has been done midway through the first stretch.
What makes the upcoming This is Us Season 4 is the way series creator Dan Fogelman handled the platform for the show. Prior to the premiere episode, he has already mapped out the four seasons in advance. It is actually a leap of faith on his part.
Expectations about This is Us Season 4 can definitely something else. The approach is likely to focus on a different plot with possibly another timeline. Considering that Season One has tackled the circumstances surrounding the death of family man Jack Pearson, who is played by Milo Ventimiglia, the program is looking to drop small clues as the succeeding stretches follow through.
One plot which is worth watching is that of Beth who is portrayed by Susan Kelechi Watson. The past season's finale has Sterling K. Brown's Randall and Lantha Richardson's Tess unraveling the possible demise of Watson. Beth will, however, sustain her presence onto the next chapters.
How encouraging This is Us Season 4 is best exemplified by the heart-warming stories of the previous installments. The third stretch is still almost halfway but signs of a follow-up breakthrough have already been set up. This is further reinforced when Ron Cephas Jones won an Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for depicting William's role during the 2018 Emmy Awards.
Although fans and viewers will be waiting anxiously for surprises as the next installments roll, the whole cast may have already known how the storylines will unveil and end. Judging from Fogelman's statement that all four seasons have already been completed in advance, lead actress Mandy Moore, who depicts Jack's wife Rebecca, has also chimed in about how things will come to a close.
Although the conclusion is still far ahead, Moore has sensed that the culmination of the season will be sufficiently good for viewers to accept. Considering that the plots have different timelines, the prospect of bringing dead characters back will probably remain on track.
Seasons 2 and 3 have sustained the high viewer's rating. Such perspective will strongly help in rolling out This Is Us Season 4. NBC Entertainment is so into it if Season One is to be based which is why there will be a lot of reasons to extend one of television's beloved shows.
