CBS All Access will start the run of The Good Fight season 3 on Thursday, March 14. A new episode will air on the streaming platform every week to complete a 10-episode season.

The Good Fight season 3, however, will have one character absent from the series. Justin Bartha (Colin Morello) will no longer be a regular part of the show, as per TV LineHowever, the actor might still be a guest star in the series since his character has a newborn son with Lucca Quinn (played by Cush Jumbo).

Bartha was signed on The Good Fight as one of its original cast members. In season 2, The Good Fight also had to let go of Erica Tazel (Barbara Kolstad), but her character's departure didn't get properly written off.

But The Good Fight season 3 will be introducing a new character in Michael Sheen. The actor will play the corrupt lawyer Roland Blum who will have a conflict with Maia (played by Rose Leslie.) According to Deadline, Sheen's character is inspired by Roy Cohn, and he is expected to be in the show for one season only.

CBS All Access released latest photos of the cast and its newest addition in. The Good Fight season 3 is headlined by Christine Baranski (Diane Lockhart) and also stars Delroy Lindo (Adrian Boseman), Audra McDonald (Liz Reddick-Lawrence), Sarah Steel (Marissa Gold), Michael Boatman (Julius Cain) and Nyambi Nyambi (Jay Dipersia).

The show will pick up after the events of the last installment, where Diane has been accused of plotting to kill the President of the United States. Boseman came up with a brilliant plan for her defense by delving into the prosecutor handling the case.

While it might seem like Diane is off the hook, Baranski confirmed her character could still land in jail in the upcoming season. "She's possibly going to be indicted for being a co-conspirator to assassinate the President," Baranski told Deadline.

Viewers of The Good Fight season 3 are also in for a surprising treat as most episodes of the season will have a song number. Sheen will be singing Jackson 5's I'll Be There. Jumbo will sing a lullaby and McDonald will render I'll Fly Away, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The musical numbers, however, won't pop at random and appear unnatural. It will eventually be explained why there are characters singing on The Good Fight season 3 and why it's crucial to this season's theme.
