Ever since the first trailer of Frozen 2 dropped in various social media platforms, fans can no longer wait for the actual premiere date of the franchise's sequel. And while the movie is already set to premiere in November of this year, the whole fandom cannot help it but theorize a lot of things about the upcoming film.
As you may know, Frozen was released in 2013. And with its successful track which is still apparent in recent years, the movie has become the highest grossing animated movie of all time as revealed by Entertainment Weekly. Although there were already numerous spin-offs and side narratives after the release of the first film in the franchise, Frozen 2 will still be the best continuation of the flick.
With these things at hand, it is quite easy for some to say that the sequel is just one of the many ways for the producers and creators to cash in on it. However, some of the lead stars revealed otherwise. It has been shared by Anna's voice actress, Kristen Bell, that Frozen 2 is so much more than just a story about two princesses, Econo Times explained.
The lead star further contends that the sequel offers a much more personal level of interaction between the characters and the actors as well. She even mentioned that the "episode two of the franchise" is an adventure that needs to be told in the lives of Anna and Elsa. And apparently, this adventure will tap the character's inner struggles and pains.
These statements made by Kristen Bell make total sense as the sequel's plot is believed to showcase several revelations in the lives of the characters. One of these theoretical storylines is that Elsa and Anna will search for their parents and unveil the truths behind all the things that had happened during their childhood years.
Even so, it is still worth noting that these plots are just some of the few theories that many fans concluded when tackling the plot and storyline of Frozen 2. And sadly, only little has been shared about the upcoming film. But two things are already confirmed, one, Anna and Elsa will go out of Arendelle as they embark on a new journey. And two, Elsa is already harnessing her powers as seen on the official trailer of the film.
If you would read all of the theories about the plots and storylines of the upcoming film, most of them will make sense as they are very plausible things to happen. But then again, fans and viewers may only confirm these once Frozen 2 drops on November for its premiere.
