Mnet is now preparing for the return of Produce X 101 to the small screen by revealing the candidates on the stage of M Countdown. The show's participants gave viewers a glimpse of their looks and talents as they sang the show's official song "X1-MA."

The performance began when Produce X 101 official host, Lee Dong Wook, introduced the participants. During the presentation, Mnet let the viewers chose the contestant that they wanted to take the center spot by voting online, which was the first time in the show's history. There were 15 participants, all in the A level, who got nominated to the position, but Song Dong Pyo, the DSP Media trainee, won the spot.

According to Soompi, other debuted idols who were nominated as Produce X 101 center candidate were Victon members Choi Byung Chan and Han Seung Woo, Myteen members Kim Kook Heon and Song Yu Vin, and Up10Tion members Kim Woo Seok (Wooshin) and Lee Jin Hyuk (Wei). Aside from these guys, fans also saw some familiar idols and trainees during the performance. However, Mnet has yet to release the full list of the show's contestants.

Meanwhile, even though Produce X 101 has yet to start, fans already had their eyes on a new possible idol. During the trainees' exclusive runway show, a 17-year-old guy from Woollim Entertainment caught everyone's attention with his charming looks.

Cha Jun Ho's photos are now going viral because of his handsome face and stunning look. AllKpop reported he is Produce X 101 trainee that has a "top visual." Some fans even call him as Infinite L's look-alike with his cute face.

According to Forbes, Produce X 101 contestants will live together in one dorm. The participants' respective agencies let them join the show for additional promotions and exposure. They will be with a temporary group that can "make or break" their idol career. As the show has changed how the K-Pop industry works, it remains to be seen how it will alter the life of its new idol.

Produce X 101 is the show's fourth return produced by Mnet. Lee Dong Wook will be the show's official host, while Cheetah, Lee Suk Hoon, Shin Yoo Mi, and Kwon Jae Seung, among others, will oversee the trainees.

Mnet already revealed Produce X 101's first center with the revelation of its official track "X1-MA." Fans will soon see its complete lineup on the show's premiere on Friday, May 3, at 11 p.m. KST.
