Teresa Giudice was already off the hook and free, after serving 11 months of her 15-month sentence but her ordeal has just started when her husband, Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice has sentenced 41 months and a possibility of deportation to Italy. Allegedly, Teresa Giudice and her husband have made numerous anomalies in terms of their finances because of their reportedly lavish lifestyle.
While it is true that the reality star is living a life of fame and fortune, same as with her other co-stars in RHONJ, her highly publicized financial and legal troubles leading up to her prison sentence is not the kind of drama that the show intended to have.
Nevertheless, Teresa Giudice still managed to come back in the limelight and was able to support her four daughters, Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana, while at the same time, she is also taking care of her father after her mother, Antonia Gorga, died in March 2017.
It has been reported that Teresa Giudice's husband has already been released in prison and after this his impending deportation to Italy. As a result of this unfortunate circumstance, Teresa Giudice is speculated to leave New Jersey and will start a new life in Los Angeles.
This news has already caught the approval of some of her fans and has allegedly advised her to do a solo show, and others have already speculated that she has been trying out her luck in Hollywood. However, coming straight from Teresa Giudice's lawyer, the reality star will not leave New Jersey ever.
Looking back at Teresa Giudice's husband, Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, is an Italian citizen born in Saronno, Italy, and brought to Paterson, New Jersey, by his parents when he was a one-year-old. From there, he became a construction builder and restaurant owner in New Jersey.
Because of his numerous violations in the law -- including failure to file tax returns for tax years 2004 through 2008 and allegedly using marriage and birth certificates belonging to his brother to fraudulently obtain a driver's license in 2010 because his was suspended following a DUI arrest January 13, 2010, Joe Giudice will have to leave the US for good, aside from the fact that he was guilty of engaging in bank, mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud.
Because of his offenses, Joe Giudice has already accepted the fact that with his deportation will follow the consequences that he will be leaving his wife, Teresa Giudice and his four daughters in New Jersey. He explained that Teresa Giudice has already gone through a lot since his imprisonment, that she has carried all the load of work from taking care of her father to making money to support their four daughters on her own.
Joe Giudice further added that he knows how frustrated Teresa Giudice has been for a long time, and now despite how much he hopes to turn back the clock, he cannot do it because the reality star is already talking to her divorce lawyers. Right now, what Joe Giudice can hope is for him to be able to stay in the US to save his family.
