Kara (Melissa Benoist) is about to face the biggest challenge of her life yet on Supergirl Season 4 Episode 17, titled "All About Eve." Lex Luthor (Jon Cryer) will do everything to destroy the Women of Steel by using her doppelganger that will ruin her image.
"Supergirl must deal with the destructive aftermath of Lex's nefarious plans," Supergirl Season 4 Episode 17 official synopsis read. "Shocked at what Lex has created, Supergirl faces her biggest challenge yet."
True to its title, Supergirl Season 4 Episode 17 will be about Eve (Andrea Brooks). According to Bam Smack Pow, the underappreciated character will finally have the spotlight on as she will be Lex's new accomplice. So, Kara will do everything to take Eve down to know all of the supervillain's secrets.
It was already revealed that Lex had been working with Kara's doppelganger, the Red Daughter. With his manipulation abilities, he turned her to be his greatest weapon against the United States of America and Supergirl.
So in Supergirl Season 4 Episode 17, the Red Daughter will arrive in America dressed as Supergirl and will destroy the White House. Without any knowledge that it is only her doppelganger, everyone will turn against Kara, making her the Public Enemy No. 1.
Will this move be a successful fulfillment of Agent Liberty's (Sam Witwer) plan to turn the people against aliens? Also, fans have to see what Kara will do to prove to everyone that she is not the one behind the attack on Supergirl Season 4 Episode 17.
Meanwhile, CarterMatt reported fans have to enjoy Supergirl Season 4 Episode 17 and the remaining episodes of Lex Luthor arc. It won't be long that fans will get to see the DC Comics' supervillain, knowing that it is very protective of this character. Hence, he may not stay on the series for a long while.
Jon Cryer will once again show his effortless portrayal of Lex Luthor's character on Supergirl Season 4 Episode 17. Although his role is manipulative and evil, his sadistic humor perfectly response to his abilities as an actor.
However, it is not yet revealed if Lex Luthor and Red Daughter will be around when the show comes to an end. Supergirl Season 4 Episode 17, titled "All About Eve," will be out on Sunday, March 31, on the CW. It is directed by Ben Bray, while its story is written by Gabriel Llanas and teleplay by Katie Rose Rogers and Brooke Pohl.
