Jolie and Farrell haven't worked together ever since Alexander and so the news that they are dating seems to be a little far out from reality. Currently, Colin Farrell is the star of Disney's newest live animated film which was recently released, Dumbo. But clearly, there is no connection to this new gossip, aside from it being another product of imagination or some news source going back to Angelina Jolie's previous leading men just to make a headline out of it.
Reportedly, Angelina Jolie has found solace with a new man from among her previous leading men and he is Colin Farrell. Jolie's sensationalized divorce with Brad Pitt has pushed all reports from tagging Jennifer Aniston to the scene or even Justin Theroux with Angelina Jolie. However, there was no factual news to any in relation to their exes or to anybody else, but only about the divorce proceedings and how Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are adamant to return to their single life. It was previously reported that the Mr. and Mrs. Smith stars negotiated on a "bifurcated judgment" to hasten the change of their status from married to single. Even though at this point in time, the former A-list couple does not intend to remarry yet to anybody in particular.
And while some tabloid news is busy making up stories to ship Angelina Jolie to another actor or Brad Pitt to Jennifer Aniston, there no proof or photos that these actors and actresses are back to the dating scene. Angelina Jolie however, has always been a doting mother to her 6 children and were frequently seen together during premiere nights or just spending time together over ice cream. On the other hand, Brad Pitt is rarely spotted aside from his surprise attendance to Jennifer Aniston's 50th birthday last February.
News between Angelina Jolie and Colin Farrell came up when the former brought her children to see the Los Angeles premiere night of Dumbo, to which the latter plays the lead role. It was then speculated that the Alexander stars are back together and the gossip from 2013 has resurfaced when Perez Hilton published an article false claim that Jolie had been hooking with Farrell but ended up "settling" for Pitt. In connection to their renewed friendship, the source further adds that Colin Farrell is now a "changed man" while Angelina Jolie became "more calm and grounded." Allegedly, Jolie and Farrell are not yet in a romantic relationship but they had found a "supportive friendship" with each other.
But while others are hopeful for a new romance for Angelina Jolie, a reliable source to the Salt star quickly denied the news and erased all possibilities that Angelina Jolie and Colin Farrell are going to be an item. Angelina Jolie makes it a norm to bring her children to premiere nights, same as when she recently brought them to the opening of The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind in New York City last month. And since Jolie was also a Disney character in Maleficent, there is no doubt that she has the heart to support any Disney movie for that matter.
