Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 17, titled "Heavenly Fire," will show Clary (Katherine McNamara) getting confused about Jonathan (Luke Baines). As the show is inching closer to its finale, there are theories its final episode will feature Alec (Matthew Daddario) and Magnus' (Harry Shum Jr.) wedding, as Freeform reveals it will run for two and a half hours.
"Simon (Alberto Rosende) and Izzy (Emeraude Toubia) team up on a secret mission to figure out what the Clave is hiding," Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 17 official synopsis read. "Clary becomes conflicted about Jonathan as the Shadowhunters try to get answers."
According to TV Fanatic, Simon's acting skills will be put on a test in Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 17. As his life is in danger, Simon and Izzy will try their best to complete their mission and return Simon without getting hurt.
Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 17 will also reveal why Clary is so important to Jonathan. Jonathan seems obsessed with Clary. From the looks of it, his obsession is getting more serious, and it doesn't look like a blood relation anymore. Fans will know what makes Jonathan the person he is today, and it may not be just about his demon blood.

Shadowhunters Season 3 is about to come to a close in less than a month, TV Line reported. Freeform recently announced at the Second Annual Freeform Summit that the show's final episode would air on May 6, and it will feature a two and a half hour series finale.
It is not yet revealed what the final episode would contain, but it might feature the last showdown with Jonathan, and Magnus and Alec's wedding. Since the show's production ended in August 2018, there were rumors about Malec's nuptials. The assumptions even got stronger when executive producer Matt Hastings answered a fan's question about the couple's wedding song on Twitter. After all, co-showrunner Todd Slavkin recently said that fans would surely be "deeply satisfied" by the "beautiful" series finale.
