Fans are in for an exciting treat as the spoilers and early predictions for the upcoming episode of Star Season 3 have teased Simone Davis (Brittany O'Grady) and Alexandra "Alex" Crane's (Ryan Destiny Irons) preparations for their upcoming ASA performance.
Before that, here's a quick recap of what happened in the latest episode of Star Season 3. Episode 14, titled "Amazing Grace," kicked off with Carlotta Renee Brown's (Dana Elaine Owens a.k.a Queen Latifah) record label, Gravity Records (formally known as Midtown Sound), throwing a Legend Tribute concert as part of the campaign for the ASA Awards.
It also showed Simone Davis looking after her older half-sister, Star Davis (Jude Demorest), at the hospital. The latter's health, however, took a turn for the worse - prompting the former to make a difficult decision.
Elsewhere, Noah Brooks (Luke James Boyd) - a formerly top-selling R&B artist at Gravity Records - struggled with his reality after his mother, Dianne Brooks (guest star Kimberly Elise) visited him. Gigi Nixon (guest star Lauren Keyana "Keke" Palmer), on the other hand, made a career-changing choice, while Maurice Jetter (Lance Darnell Gross) and Cassandra Augustine "Cassie" Brown's (Brandy) relationship reached new heights.
Now, the excitement for the ASA Awards continues in the upcoming episode of Star Season 3. The spoilers and early predictions for the 15th episode reveal that Simone Davis and Alexandra "Alex" Crane will do everything they can to win against newcomer, Amber (guest star Erika Tham).
The upcoming episode will also see the return of Noah Brooks' father, Bobby Brooks (guest star Harold Perrineau). The latter, who left him and his mother when he realized that he was gay, actually re-enters his life to help him with his sobriety and fatherhood.
"Simone and Alex prepare to compete against newcomer Amber (guest star Erika Tham) for their ASA performance," the official synopsis for Star Season 3 Episode 15 reads (via Carter Matt). "Noah's father, Bobby (guest star Harold Perrineau), returns to help Noah with his sobriety and fatherhood. Meanwhile, Miss Christine (guest star Patti LaBelle), Cousin Duke (guest star Glenn MaGee) and Cousin Rashad (guest star Major) come to town, much to the chagrin of Carlotta and Cassie. Then, Leon (guest star Kia Shine) makes Cotton an offer," it added.
Star Season 3 Episode 15, titled "Lean On Me," is set to air on Wednesday, April 17 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.
