In Grey's Anatomy season 15 episode 21, Amelia and Link traveled to New York as they needed to operate a patient who's suffering from a severe spinal deformity. This event, however, has brought a significant twist on her part. She accidentally had an encounter with her sister Nancy, and she invited them for dinner.
Amelia intentionally kept her distance, mainly because her marriage to Owen isn't smooth sailing. But since she was with Link at that time, Amelia told Nancy that Link was Owen and he is her husband.
