Earlier this week, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss stormed out the media once again upon releasing the Game of Thrones Season 8 playlist on Spotify. And mind all the fans of the show, this playlist is not just any ordinary playlist. As it happens, the series creators hid the ending of the show beneath this playlist. And presumably, one of the tracks in it contains the details of the finale.
In the statement made by the creators, it has been revealed that they included the answers to the end of Game of Thrones. It is one hundred percent hidden in the choices, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss shared with For The Record. And it is true even if no one believes.
Although some fans would certainly try to decode the tracks, this is not the intention of the creators. The songs included in the playlist are simply the tracks that made them feel exactly what they have felt watching the whole course of Game of Thrones. And it seemingly appears that it may take time for the fans to find the hidden message before the actual finale airs on HBO.
Game of Thrones Season 8 is just two days away before its premiere. And based on the recent revelations, the final season will only have a total of six episodes. So, the whole course of the series will end by May 19.
It is true though that it may take time for others to find the hidden revelation within the Spotify playlist. But, of course, we all know how persistent the whole Game of Thrones fandom when it comes to predictions and theories. Hence, there is a huge possibility that anytime soon, someone will already learn what is exactly the hidden revelation is all about.
The recently released playlist that carries the title Game of Thrones: The End Is Coming has a total of 51 tracks from various genres and artists. It starts with the Sleep Now In The Fire track from Rage Against The Machine's The Battle of Los Angeles album and ending with U2's Love Is Blindness. And just within three days of release, the playlist has already more than 120,000 followers. Certainly, more people will check the playlist out once the final season drops on April 14.
Until then, the followers would still have a few days left to try and figure out what would happen at the end of the Game of Thrones Season 8.
