In a rare family outing, Prince William and Kate Middleton were seen happily out and about with their two kids: Prince George, 5, and Princess Charlotte, 3. The Royal family attended to watch the Duke of Cambridge's cousin, Zara Tindall, at the Burnham horse trials in Norfolk over the weekend.
Kate Middleton and Prince William seemed to be enjoying themselves after they had been surrounded by cheating rumors, involving the Marchioness of Cholmondeley, Rose Hanbury. However, Prince Louis was missing at the event. According to Elle, the 11-months-old baby might be left with the family's nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, back at their country home Anmer Hall, where they are staying for the Easter.
From the looks of it, Kate Middleton and Prince William have a close bond with Zara, her husband Mike, and their children, who are at the same age as Prince George and Princess Charlotte. At one point, the Royal Knight of the Garter carried Tindall's daughter, Mia, on his shoulders.
Kate Middleton also did the same when she carried Princess Charlotte on her shoulders. Prince George was also atop his uncle's, Mike, shoulders as he held his toy sword.
The kids surely had a good time while having their piggyback rides across the field - especially Prince George. Kate Middleton and Prince William's eldest son is now all grown up after he had been away from the public's eye since last year. Prince George is now off from school and enjoying his short vacation for the Easter holidays.
In an interview with Mike after the birth of Princess Charlotte in 2015, he told Hello Magazine that he was hoping his children and Kate Middleton and Prince William's kids would form a close friendship. "They're all quite close in age and hopefully they'll grow up as good friends," he said. He also found it great that a new generation of Royals is now growing up.
Meanwhile, the last time people saw Kate Middleton, Prince William, and their kids having fun in the outdoors was when they were with Savannah Phillips. Peter Phillips' daughter and Princess Anne's granddaughter was seen pushing her cousin, Prince George, down a hill at the Maserati Royal Charity Polo Trophy match at the time.
Kate Middleton and Prince William were also rarely seen out in the wild since they unveiled the Royal family's Christmas card in December. The card featured a rare photo of Prince Louis, posing and smiling with his family at Amner Hall.
