Noelani (played by Kimee Balmilero) is going to be the central story in Hawaii Five-0season 9 episode 22. Set to air on Friday, April 26, at 9:00 p.m. on CBS, this episode will find the doctor being held against her will to perform a surgery for the mafia.

As per the episode synopsis, Noelani and Dr. Chu (played by Page Leong) are going to be forced into this situation by the criminals. The teaser hinted that regardless of the outcome, someone is still bound to get killed and the look on Noelani's face shows just how much she is terrified of her predicament.

The other half of Hawaii Five-0 season 9 episode 22 also features Adam (played by Ian Anthony Dale) in a bind. He could be putting his life on the risk as he's investigating a murder involving the FBI, but the trail leads him to the Yakuza.

In the past, Hawaii Five-0 has delved into Adam's background with the Yakuza. This latest episode would add another layer to the character's shady life before joining the Five-0 task force.

Meanwhile, there has been so much talk about the crossover between Hawaii Five-0Magnum, PI and MacGyver on CBS. Showrunner Peter Lenkov confirmed that these had been discussed in the past, but they have yet to figure out the logistics of it. However, he is optimistic about working this crossover out with the other shows, as per Deadline.

The rumored crossover isn't likely going to happen in this season since most shows will end by May. Hawaii Five-0 and MacGyver are also still waiting for a confirmation on their renewals for the 2019-2020 season.

One actress who is hopeful that Hawaii Five-0 gets a season 10 renewal is Michelle Borth (as Catherine). The actress told Parade that she's always excited to return to the show for her annual guest appearances as the former flame of Steve McGarrett (played by Alex O' Loughlin).

If it were up to her, the show could go on for as long as the lead star wants to be involved. She's also in the belief that the showrunner of Hawaii Five-0 wants to keep her character's relationship with Steve going on for as long as possible.

"This is a really important relationship to the show. The fans love them," Borth said. "They have one of those relationships that never end. They're just madly in love."

Hawaii Five-0 has three more episodes left to air before it closes the ninth season. Until then, fans will be waiting eagerly for CBS to announce the renewal.
