Blue Bloods season 9 episode 22 is is arriving soon and this would the finale of the series. What's interesting about this episode, titled "Something Blue," is that it would show the long-awaited wedding of Jamie and Eddie.
Finally, these two are getting hitched after they shared their wonderful journey to viewers - either ups or lows. But still, not everything will go according to plan, as there are some stories for other characters within this finale.
Based on the synopsis of Blue Bloods season 9 episode 22, while the wedding of Jamie and Eddie is almost near, Erin will be interviewing a witness whose story would lead her to doubt the honesty of Eddie. Did she discover something about Jamie's future wife? Why she's now doubting her honesty right before the wedding?
In another part of Blue Bloods season 9 episode 22, Danny and Baez will unravel yet another complex case, which is the complicated love life of a young man who has been murdered. And for Frank, he squabbles with his top brass and at the same time worried regarding the toast he'll deliver during at the rehearsal dinner of Jamie and Eddie.
Also, Christine Ebersole will return in Blue Bloods season 9 episode 22 as Lena Janko - Eddie's mother. Many are happy Ebersole comes back in the finale, and it also makes sense that she's back since Eddie at least have one familiar at her wedding. Since Eddie's father is in jail, the question is will Frank walk her down the aisle?

Meanwhile, Will Estes (who plays Jamie) said on the same interview that there will be 400 people attending the wedding, amazing flowers, as well as a beautiful church. He added that he'll be wearing a morning suit and tails.
The wedding is probably the celebration of the show as well, especially it's taken a long time for cast and crew to get to thing point, so this is the right time to the shows to celebrate something big.
