Reports claim Queen Elizabeth II would have stopped Meghan Markle and Prince Harry from breaking royal traditions if they were in the old day. But since she's now 93-years-old, Her Majesty reportedly has "no energy" to fight with the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex.

According to an insider cited by The Telegraph, Queen Elizabeth would've "put her foot down" when Markle and Prince Harry decided to move to Africa and probably live there for three years. The source said Her Majesty would've done something if ever they were in the old days.

However, since Queen Elizabeth is old now, she doesn't have her same energy before and she isn't interested in fighting with the royal couple. Also, she likely has no interest because her husband Prince Philip has retired from public life, so she probably wants to spend more time with him than fighting with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex,

Hence, Queen Elizabeth has no plans to stop the couple to live in another country, if that's what they really want. Prince Harry and Markle are reportedly in their early stages of moving to Africa. Reports suggest that the reason why they're planning to move to another country is that they reportedly want to take a break, particularly from their ongoing tensions with Kate Middleton and Prince Harry.

In addition, the couple allegedly wants to also harness their popularity in other countries. One source said there's reportedly a discussion in palace circles about how they can harness the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and they allegedly need to make it "productive."

But, a palace spokesperson denied these reports and noted Markle and Prince Harry aren't planning to move to another country after she gave birth. The spokesperson further added there's no such discussion, especially when it comes to the future roles of the royals.

Meanwhile, in another report, Queen Elizabeth made a rare public appearance on Thursday as she attended the funeral of her close friend, Jeanie, Countess of Carnarvon. Her Majesty rarely attends a funeral, since she usually sends other royal family members or someone close to her as a representative.

Thus, Queen Elizabeth's appearance speaks to her relationship with the late Countess. The monarch was seen wearing a black coat dress at matched it with a black hat. The service was held at the St. Michael and All Angels Church in Highclere, which is about 1.5 hours west of London.
