13 Reasons Why has become one of the most controversial teen series materials in recent years. Unlike Riverdale, which is also recognized as one of the most appealing series, this teen drama offers a much closer perspective at the reality of every teenager and young adult's life in recent times.
From Hannah Baker's apparent suicide on the pilot season to the aftermath of the tragic event, the plots and storylines of the show caught the attention of many young ones. And this is the reason why it is very expected that the show will be renewed.
Last year, 13 Reasons Why Season 3 was ordered by Netflix. And upon the announcement of its expected renewal, the whole fandom's curiosity about its premiere date became so much more apparent.
It has been announced previously that 13 Reasons Why Season 3 will arrive on Netflix by 2019. And since the first half of the year already sees its conclusion, many of the fans are now wondering whether the new season will still make its premiere this year.
Sadly, there are no specific dates yet as to when will it arrive. But in light of the recent announcements made by Netflix, the streaming platform hinted that 13 Reasons Why Season 3 will finally come in between July and December.
The second half of the year is a very important period for Netflix. According to Pop Culture, the streaming giant is "looking forward" to the last six months of 2019 as they will release a "strong slate" of contents during these months.
As it happens, there are several other series materials as well that will arrive together with 13 Reasons Why. And these include the all-new seasons of The Crown, Stranger Things, and Orange Is The New Black.
But while 13 Reasons Why is certainly returning, Hannah Baker, on the other hand, will not. As revealed by the production and the actress herself, the story of Hannah Baker has been already concluded in the second season of the show. Hence, it's already time for everyone to let go of her after two seasons.
Accordingly, 13 Reasons Why Season 3 will pretty much start its plot by focusing on the lives of Hannah Baker's friends and classmates as they start anew without her.
So far, these are the only details that have been shared publicly about the upcoming installment. Nevertheless, it is very likely that a promotional teaser will be released anytime soon.
