Comp Capital Ltd. Launched CryptoNumus.io as a response to a need in the global real estate market. Null TX reported that the Bitcoin real estate platform was launched because of this and because cryptocurrency-powered real estate needed an "impartial and transparent" platform to transfer Bitcoin and dealings in the crypto-real estate world.

Disrupted real estate had begun to rely more and more on Bitcoin and blockchain-powered solutions seemed to be the norm. Digital real estate swaps, however, needed to be done in real time. Cryptonumus--like many others--is answering this call, where transactions can be made and stored on a single block of data for future review.

The blockchain platform has since announced that it is interested in more than 500 real estate properties available. It also had eyes on making these available this year. Bitcoin will be the main currency of the realm, according to the report, along with other digital assets that have been approved for use in the platform, subject to laws made by respective governments.

Interestingly enough, the past week wasn't as active as any in the crypto world. According to Coinspeaker, some noteworthy news were some paper shops in Australia believing in the power of BTC by selling. There is also a big murmur that BTC is set for another big year, and that investors are on the lookout for more altcoins to invest in.

The Australian surge of BTC is to be credited to Binance's Lite Australia platform, which has 1,300 selling points to enter in, at least. Other investors looking for different coins to invest in won't have to wait long as other crypto coins are soon to be added. There is a 5% transaction fee for those interested to invest, although a verification needs to be completed to use the service.

Mike Novogratz, meanwhile, was the one who led the belief that BTC is set for another big year. The Galaxy Digital CEO things that BTC has been doing well enough, poised to go on another big run in the near future. He revealed his thoughts on BTC when asked for an opinion on the survey run of Binance's Changpeng Zhao.

People have also become more interested in altcoins, perhaps anticipating a big year and a surge happening at the same time. Couple it with the developments that Cryptonumus had been doing, and there is a perfect recipe for another record surge by the cryptocurrency. People will have to follow BTC's tracks to know when the right time is to start investing once again.
