Stranger Things Season 2 arrived on October 2017. And it is only almost two years after that the fans will get to see Stranger Things Season 3. As it appears, it has been revealed that the upcoming season will be the biggest season yet in terms of cinematics. Hence, this is why it took time for the production to release the new season.
While everyone is already gearing up for the all-new episodes of Stranger Things Season 3, there are already the talks of Stranger Things Season 4. This is only fitting though as the show has become a huge success ever since the pilot installment aired on Netflix. So while the third season is still a few months away, the whole fandom is already eager to learn if Stranger Things Season 4 will truly happen.
The lead stars and cast members of the show believe that Stranger Things Season 4 should happen and it should come soon. This is because the audience of the show continues to grow as the show progresses its plot.
One of the show's newcomers shares the same belief as well. Apparently, Jake Busey, who will play the role of Bruce in Stranger Things Season 3, explained in an interview with Hiptoro that Stranger Things Season 4 is something that everyone should look forward to. Although he admitted that he has no idea about the show's future, he shared his thoughts from what he has seen about the show.
Nevertheless, he further contended that if he is the one to decide, he will renew the show and continue with Stranger Things Season 4.
It is worth noting that Netflix normally confirms a series' renewal and cancellation a few weeks after its release date. So, the only way for the fandom to learn about this aspect is to wait a month after Stranger Things Season 3 premieres on the streaming platform.
As for the upcoming season, Stranger Things will return on Netflix come July 4 of this year. Based on the speculations of the fandom, its premiere date probably has something to do with the course of the plot. As you may know, the Fourth of July is Independence Day in the United States. And by looking at the official promotional poster of the show, it seems that this day will play an integral role in the plot.
Aside from the promo teaser, Netflix has already released the official trailer for Stranger Things Season 3.
