Elementary Season 7 Episode 1 is about to hit the small screens, revealing Sherlock Holmes (Johnny Lee Miller) and Dr. Joan Watson's (Lucy Liu) new lives as consultants. As the two now move to London, what future do they have outside America?
"Holmes and Watson's new careers as consultants for Scotland Yard in London take them inside the tabloid journalism industry when a popular model is the victim of an acid attack," Elementary Season 7 Episode 1 official synopsis read. "Also, as Watson grows increasingly homesick for New York, Captain Gregson (Aidan Quinn) is wracked with guilt over his unresolved rift with his former consultants."
Ahead of Elementary Season 7 Episode 1's release, CBS released new teaser photos that give a glimpse of the season premiere, via Showbiz Junkies. In the first snap, Holmes and Watson look prepared as they embark on their new careers as consultants in London.
In another photo, Holmes is seating on a bench with a little kid, eating ice cream. There is also a picture where Holmes and Watson are having a conversation with a woman where seems to be their new office.
The new set photos also give a glimpse to Captain Tommy Gregson and Detective Marcus Bell (Jon Michael Hill) inside the elevator. Lastly, Ophelia Lovibond returns as Kitty Winter to Elementary Season 7 Episode 1 with a new purple hair.
It has been a while since fans last saw Lovibond in the series. In Elementary Season 7 Episode 1, according to CarterMatt, fans will learn more about Winter -- like her new location and what she has been up to.
Now that Watson has moved to London and worked to herself out to have a new life, she admits her present situation gives her a new perspective about Winter and the things she has gone through. To recall, Sherlock has been forced out of the United States, so he, along with Watson, has to find a new life in London.
Sherlock cannot return to America, so he has to move to a different country and face whatever the future may bring. Watson, on the other hand, will have a hard time with the transition as London will be a new place for her. Hence, she will be adjusting to a new world that she is not familiar with and very different from where she used to. Elementary Season 7 Episode 1, "The Further Adventures," will be out on Thursday, May 23, on CBS.
