The disputes between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry started in 2014. And ever since that year, a lot of messy things happened between the two. The two popular pop singers even released tracks just to diss each other publicly. But after four years, it looks like the two are getting along well with each other.

In 2018, the disputes between Katy and Taylor were smoothed out by two artists. In their little ways, it appears that they went on extra miles just to forgive and make peace with each other.

While these "extra miles" are pretty subtle and indirectly implied, things have become so much smoother between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry. And today, the peace between them has become so much more apparent as there were reports pointing out that Taylor will do a collaboration with Katy Perry in her upcoming album.

As you may know, Taylor is releasing her seventh album soon. Although the details are not yet entirely shared with the public and the fandom, her hints and clues or "Easter eggs" gave a few ideas about her upcoming music. And so much more when ME! came out.

Since the two artists are significantly sharing their support and love for each other, it has become a consideration recently that Taylor Swift might collaborate with Katy Perry in TS7.

Sadly, a collaboration with the Swish, Swish artist for TS7 is not a fact, yet. Although it is quite possible, the fandom thinks that this is unlikely to happen. Even so, some of the fans are still hopeful that TS7 will feature Katy Perry.

While the chance of having Katy in Taylor Swift's new album is very slim, it has been widely noticed recently that the Look What You Made Me Do artist just added Katy Perry's new release, Never Really Over, in her recently released Apple Music playlist titled, Playlist By ME!.

Earlier this week, Taylor Swift announced that her newest playlist on Apple Music is now out and up for purchasing and streaming. And in the playlist, there are over 46 tracks in totality. But when Katy Perry released her newest material on Friday, Taylor immediately added this track on her playlist.

This surprising turnout of events became a sign of peace between the two artists. But while Katy's newest material is now one of Taylor's favorites, there are still no confirmations yet if the Bad Blood singer collaborated or will collaborate for the upcoming TS7. And the only way to be sure of this is to wait for further announcements or possibly, wait for the unnamed album's undisclosed release date.
