Apparently, Taylor Swift is currently the youngest artist who won the Album of The Year Award. Her impressive Fearless album made it possible for her to grab the prestigious Grammy award way back in 2010. And up until the recent years, Taylor remains to uphold this title.
But it looks like things are changing. And based on the apparent changes in the industry, it seemingly appears that the 17-year-old Billie Eilish might replace the ME! artist for this title.
When Taylor won the award in 2010, she was on her 20s. So, if ever the Bad Guy singer wins the award, then she will be the youngest one to win the said award.
Even so, these things remain to be speculations. But while they are just plausible theories, the current movements of their respective music and production speak a lot of volume. In fact, Billie Eilish rebounds back from number four to number one on the Artist 100 Chart for her recently released debut studio album, WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?. Accordingly, it is just fitting for most critics to think that she will win the award next year.
However, it is still important to note that Taylor Swift's new album is yet to be released. And the only thing that most people can compare with Billie Eilish new album is Taylor's latest leadoff single, ME!. So, it can be quite difficult to tell as of the moment if the young artist will ultimately break Taylor's track record.
One can only be sure about this matter is when Taylor finally releases her seventh album and it fails to appeal the mass with her music. But looking at the figures of ME!, it seems that Taylor Swift still has a huge fight left in her. In fact, many are already hyped that she might win again the Album of The Year award next year.
