Most people who follow Sofia Richie and Scott Disick's relationship on their Instagram and Twitter accounts have been speculating, since the day they got together, about just how long the celebrity couple would last. And a lot of people are genuinely shocked that they have dated for this long---two years to be exact. And rumor has it that Richie is more than ready to become a bride.
However, sources close to the couple have revealed that in the 20-year-old's endeavor to be part of her boyfriend's life, she has cut off her own family. Richie's involvement with Disick has long been hurting her own relationship with her family.
Since September 2017, when they became public about their newly official relationship, the supermodel has been spending almost all her free days with her 35-year-old boyfriend. Consequently, Richie has also been bonding with a handful of members of the reality television family that made her boyfriend jealous, the Kardashians. Since Disick shares three children with the eldest Kardashian sister, Kourtney, Richie has been tagging along on trips with their little family as well.
According to a source, Richie is one to be easily influenced or even coerced into doing something. The same source threw some major shade about how her decade-older boyfriend has done such a splendid job at influencing her and easing her into the kind of lifestyle he has.
The source went on to say that the model has been so consumed with her new jetsetter life and going to various lavish parties being thrown by the Kardashians that, it seems, she has traded her own family for the likes of the Kardashian-Jenner clan. She has been totally ignoring her own parents, siblings, and other relatives.
Additionally, the source said that the Richie family's fear is that, considering her gullible nature, she will soon be completely swallowed whole by the glamorous reality television star of a family. They are totally disgusted by the way she is living her life right now and hope that sooner rather than later, the Chanel model will snap out of it.
As much as her relatives hope for her to reach out to them and put some distance between herself and the company she has fallen with, the possibilities of that happening are slim. Richie has recently signed a contract to star alongside her boyfriend in an upcoming reality show called Flip It Like Disick. The show will be featuring the couple flipping high-end homes alongside Willa Ford, Benny Luciano, and Miki Moor.
